Return Policy
- General Returns: Buyers must contact W S Boutique within 30 days of receipt of the item they wish to return.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Buyers must contact W S Boutique within 10 days of receipt for a claim in the case of a damaged or incorrect item received. Photos will be required to substantiate the claim.
- Return Shipping Costs: Except for damaged or incorrect items, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. W S Boutique can email a return label to the buyer, and the cost of the label will be subtracted from the refund.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in the same condition as received, with any tags attached and the item unworn. Items may be briefly tried on to ensure fit, provided they do not incur any stains or damage during try-on.
- Free Gifts: Any free gifts included with the order must be included with the return.
- Refused Delivery: Packages returned because the buyer refused delivery will incur a 15%restocking fee in addition to any shipping costs incurred by W S Boutique.
- Payment Terms: We accept major credit cards, Stripe and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment processing times may vary, and any related fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- Shipping Policy: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times and costs will be calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled until the order has reached the shipping stage. After this period, cancellations will not be possible, and you may need to follow the return process.
